Lowstrife on Scalping Bitcoin Full Time

Ledger Cast has a new episode with trader Lowstrife, who host Brian Krogsgard describes as one of the most talented traders he knows and possibly the best scalper he has ever watched. Scalping means entering and exiting positions quickly to capture small price moves. According to Krogsgard, Lowstrife places thousands of trades a year, mostly on low timeframes, and makes each entry after watching the charts and order books closely.

The conversation also touched on other trading media. Krogsgard pointed listeners to a past episode featuring "Rambo," a longtime pit trader, as a related listen. The two also went through some of Lowstrife's TradingView charts. One of them shows Lowstrife watching for bitcoin to break its prior all-time high and laying out expectations for how far the rest of that bull market could go. Krogsgard says the market ended up going well beyond those expectations.
